ReviewWave is a patient engagement and reputation platform that helps practices text patients, send appointment reminders, request reviews, and offer online scheduling. This is common in clinics that want more two way SMS without stitching together a bunch of separate tools.
But it’s not the right fit for everyone. The major reason is its pricing, Capterra lists a starting price around $299 per feature, per month, integration fit with your EHR/PMS, and the occasional gotcha like contract or cancellation fees.
This matters even more because patient communication is shifting hard toward texting. According to Sinch’s recent survey, 93% have opted in to receive texts from healthcare providers, and 84% say they’re more likely to attend an appointment if they get a text reminder which is exactly the outcome most practices want from tools like ReviewWave.
In this guide, I will break down the best ReviewWave alternatives, what each tool does best, who it fits, user’s feedback and pricing.
Review Wave is a HIPAA-compliant patient communication platform that is designed for healthcare practices, especially chiropractors, dentists, and optometrists.
